Lower Side Panel Not Long Enough for 560

Gentlemen,

Question: 31-11/16" long front panel fits what tractor?

I few months a ago I got a couple front lower side panels for a 560... at least that"s what the auctioneer said they would fit. As it turns out however they aren"t long enough... 31-11/16" instead of about 34-7/8" the panels should be. Does anyone know what tractor takes the shorter panels?

R Smith: Not enough shorter for a 4 cylinder tractor. I'm thinking they may be for a 656. I had both tractors years ago, and I believe I remember that panel being shorter on 656. I'm not positive, that is my best guess having also been around a 504 as well as large chassis 06, 56 and 66. Once IH moved the operator platform forward for in front of rear tire mounting and dismounting, it changed numerous other items.

Gee that's funny!!!

I bought "badge panels" for a 460 utility and the guy said they were off a 460. Brought them home and they were 3'' to long. Have since learned that the utility's and row crops have different sheet metal. I'm going to guess what you have is for a utility model. If you need more assurance. I will measure mine on my 460 utility to let you know for sure!!!!

Did he by any chance sell you the white panel that is between the badge panel and the gas tank??? All the ones I find are for the row crops...Too long.

Butch: I agree 460 Utility panels is what he may have. However the auctioneer said 560, and the 560 Farmall and Standard are the same.
