Good Question For All You

I Have A 1951 Farmall Md Tractor Always Started On Gas And Switched Over With No Smoke
I Let It Sit For Near A Year Now When It Starts On Gas It Smokes Alot Of White/Blue Smoke And Doesnt Seem To Run Exactly Rite Then When I Switch It To Diesel It Runs Like It Should Smooth No Smoke Whats The Deal You Think?

Putting new gas in the start tank might help. The carb might be a bit gummed up. If one of the spark plugs is fouled, it will do it as well. I would check if there is one or more cylinders missing on the gas operation. JimN

Try putting fresh fuel in the tank and see if that helps. The fuel may be old after sitting that long.
