Have recently purchased a International 3444 for use around the farm. It has a couple of knobs (valves) at the base of the seat (top of transmission) can any one tell me what they do.

Hi Steve, sitting on seat the one by you right hand controls the hydraulic oil flow to 3pt or remote hydraulic outlet if one is installed. Open position 3pt raise/lower lever controls 3pt hitch. Closed 3pt raise/lower lever will control hydraulic oil to remote outlet.
Left hand is push and turn and controls the GPM of hydraulic oil flow to 3pt hydraulic. Out is 6 GPM, in is 3 GPM.

The 3444 is very similar to agricultural model 444.
