how rare is a single front wheel F-12? How rare are Kay Bruner wheels for F-12? What is one in running condition worth?

I don't think a F-12 single front is really hard to find, even though most have the 2 front wheel setup. My Dad and my brother each have a F-12 and they both have the single front wheel.

singles arent hard to find at all. i got a full set of rubber from a friend out in Idaho for my 12 and just about 95% of them out there are singles. not common single fronts are on 20's and 30's, those are the scarce ones :shock:

Hi Andy,
I thought that the steering wheel and steering rod on a f-14 angled up like the tractor on the left of your picture is it a f-12 or f-14?
If it is a f-12 I have never seen one that came from the factory with the steering setup like that? The steering rod angling up is how I tell 12 from 14 at a glance from a distance.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not too old to learn something.

Yes, the angled steering shaft is the main spotting feature for an F14.

However, it is not infallible, as some F12s were retrofitted with an F14 upgrade kit.

Old IH dealer told me when the f-14 came out they raised the steering wheel and the price. :lol: STeve
