Farmall tractor 22472J

H/M through the 350/450 have split pulleys. Loosen the set screw and rotate half the pulley -- be careful if stuck, they will break.

Pat: You have given us a serial number. Several models I can think of will have that serial number. We need a model number or letter.

I"m not sure what model or year this tractor is? I think it might be an H model in the mid to late 40"s. Where would the set screw be located?

Do you need any special tools to take the set screw out or rotate the pulley? Do you rotate the front half or the back half?

I think the front half rotates, the set screw is obvious -- take off the hood so you have room to work. If it has a J suffix, you likely have a Super or hundred series.

After more research I believe that I have a 350 series Farmall with the gas motor. I can"t make out the numbers next to the serial number... they are wore off.
