Howdy Y'all. I am switching from the grey to the red. I have a super c, can you tell me how hard its is to convert to 3 point, is there plans or can this be bougth, it has extra cylinder for fast hitch, i have acces to small machine shop if its not to hard.
Thanks alot.

A used fast hitch will run you around $700. (4 years ago last time I shopped for one). I purchased a 3point hitch from Saginaw County Tractor. Great hitch as many will testify.

If you allready have a fast hitch then all you need is the 3pt arm stubs to fit into the fast hitch (which are available) or as you said you could make your own from old 3pt arms off of something else. Then fabricate or buy the top link mount. Also try redpower.com for more info or options. The top link would have to be very sturdy and mounted well. Nice change from grey, the SC was a nice tractor, heavier than grey and better motor.

Having an after-market 3-point on my SC, I can say they're very handy, but you need to be careful about the weight of anything you hitch onto it. The 3-points will typically mount up to your axle-housing brackets and hang fairly far back and higher than the Fast-Hitch. That can make for some issues with a lot of Class 1 3-pt implements. It's much better suited to Class 0. That's been my experience, even with the extra weight of a wide front, front wheel weights and 170# of front saddle weights.

I have a complete fast hitch off of a Super"c" that I will take half of what you said.If anyone is interrested.
