farmall H bearing torque value low oil pressure

Since I had low oil pressure in my H, I dropped the oil pan,cleaned the screen on the end of the pump, i intend to drop the pump and clean it all out also, I took off the three lower bearing halves(the ones in between the piston arm bearings)and bought the plastiguage wire to put in betwen the bearing half and the crank shaft. What are the specifications for that allowable gap? What torque value should those bolts be tightened to on those lower bearings? thanks

Main bearing torque: 75ft/lbs .002-.003 inch oil clearance
Rod bearing torque: 40ft/lbs .002-.003 inch oil clearance
