Bill- You can add an auxillary control valve that will be completely independent and still keep your factory rear remote(s). Here's How:

Go to your Case-IH dealer and ask to purchase a power beyond hydraulic plate. They are not cheap-but the dealer is the only place you are going to find one. You remove the end plate on your existing hydraulic control valve and replace it with the power beyond plate. The power beyond plate is ported so you can screw a hose into it and then the other end of this hose is screwed into the "IN" port of your auxillary control valve. Then you will have to route a hose from the "OUT" port of your auxillary control valve to dump the oil back into the hydraulic/transmission reservoir. It does not really matter where. I unscrewed the fill plug and then screwed a short piece of pipe with a tee in it on my tractor. I screwed the return hose into the tee. On the top of the tee I just put a pipe plug. I can then just unscrew the pipe plug whenever I need to add oil.
