spark plug ???????

what spark plug is good for a farmall A. I have Champion D16 and it carbon fouls out. The champion site says D18, another site says D21 and yet another says D16 so on. please help

With little use it requires a hot plug, D21 or equivalent. Some don't like Champions, I have not had problems with them. Anyway, the tractor needs to be worked. I have a C with the same problem.

I've had the best luck with Champion D18Y.

I like the Autolite 3116. Be sure to use real wire spark plug cables.

I have been running AC-C87 plugs in my Super A and my B and they have been doing fine with them. I also run them in my Dads BN that is pretty much stock.
