Need help, no left turn

I was brush hogging with me IH 350 Utility with power steering yesterday and sudenly I could not turn the steering wheel to the left. I didn't hear any kind of pop or breaking noise. I managed to get it from the back fields close to the barn by makeing a seires of long right turns but there is no way I can get through the paddock gates much less into the barn. Any ideas whats wrong with the steering box? When I bought it, it was always harder to steer to the left and did make as tight of a turn to the left as compared to the right.

Either a briken tooth in the box (they can break WO extra force applied) or the control spool in the column below the wheel. If the shaft moves slightl up and down when turning to the right (standing still is OK) and does not move up and down turning left, I would suspect the valve. JimN

Check out the steering gears and be sure they are in good shape.
