Hello! My father, out of nostalgia, has just purchased a Farmall F20 from the 1930s or 40s. He asked me to do a little research to find out some info about the tractor, its worth, etc. I don"t really know where to begin. If anybody has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

1. Go to http://www.google.com
2. Type "Farmall F-20" into the search bar.
3. Start clicking on the links provided.

There's tons of info out there.

And, start hanging out on this site. Check it first thing in the morning. Then check it over your lunch break. Then check it after supper. Then check it before you go to bed.

Amazing what you can learn on here!!

Welcome aboard, Gene

To find the year there should be a metal tag on the battery box under the gas tank. You can check the number to find the year on this site to the left under serial numbers. There should also be a serial number stamped on the left frame rail in the middle by the clutch housing.

A typical running F-20 brings $1000-1500. Up to maybe $2500 for nicer ones with some options. Over $3000 on occasion with the right options and quality restoration.
