1948 C Transmission

Manual states I should use 5 gal. SAE 90 when I change the transmission which includes the PTO
I don't live far from TS so just wondering if there is a paticular kind I should use or any SAE 90 transmission fluid. Also I know this has been asked but I didn't write it down. What color silver should I use when I paint the wheels? Thanks for your help
