Farmall B - rims

Just double checking with you experts on my rim size. I am replacing one rim because it has a big hole in it where a weld repair come off and I can see the tube. Taking some sound advice I measured the "keeper" rim. The TIRE on that one is embossed "12.4-24" and below that it says "on an 11" rim". I put a level on the outside of each side of the rim and measured thru the rim and between the levels and got 12". Taking Gene Bender's advice and subtracting 1" this confirms that I have an 11" rim......right?

Sounds like you need to remove the tire and tube then get the rim repaired. Finding another 11in rim will not be easy and the new replacements dont have the original type mounts. Now you can get a blank rim and fasten your mounts to the new rim.
