Farmall F-20 FH Rims

Farmall F-20. They are a set of F&H split rims that dish in slightly. I've been told these rims are called "potatoe wheels" but have no further information. I currently don't have the other ring needed for the rims and would like any information on the rims themselves plus any ideas where I could find a ring or have one made up. They are offset wheels for an F20. What is the chance they use the same ring as the 36in. cast center wheel?

The ring is not the same as the later styled ring used on the cast wheels.
