manufactoring plate is missing, is there any way to tell what year my H was built. Casting numbers maybe? thanks for your help..

If it has the original engine the serial number will be on the right front side just below the generator mount. ED

I found this number on engine block just as ed said. FBH-143367 thanks

If that number is anywhere near what the chassis number was, that'd make it a '43.

Look for casting date code on torque tube housing just below belt pulley.
month/day/M if it's 1943.
