Char Lynn PS problem

I got a super M with a leaky PS motor. Fits on steering shaft.
I put in new seals and it still leaks like crazy.
A drop or two a second.
Any thoughts on fixing this?
It calls for type A transmission fluid.

If a repair kit didn't fix it, something must be worn or cracked, or you mangled a seal putting it together.

I have char lynn power steering on my 52 M it leaked just like what you have decribed. The one I have has O-rings and washers in each end. The washers along with the O-rings were destroyed by time and use. I replaced them with new O-rings from NAPA. I put two O-rings on each end and discarded the washers did this last winter so far no leaks.
Have hayed with it all summer.
