LOCATE INFO ON 806 INJECTION PUMP

THE INJECTION PUMP ON MY 806 GAVE OUT TODAY BAILING HAY. I HAVE AN R D PUMP AND NEED TO LOCATE ANOTHER. I"M NOT SURE IF IT CAN BE REBUILT OR NOT THE FOREWARD CASE THAT HAS THE TIMING WINDOW CRACKED OUT LIKE SOMETHING CAME APART INSIDE. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
 
Well since i don't know what area your in And tryen to find a god RD pump is getting like looken for hen's teeth. Don't know if Harry would have one layen around or not.Replacing with a RD is the easy way out but it may come down to making the change to a Rossamaster along with lined and stuff.
 
I'M IN SOUTHERN IL. I'M INTERESRED TO FIND OUT IF I CAN SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT STYLE PUMP. WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO CONVERT OVER TO A ROOSA MASTER PUMP. I'M LOOKING FOR THE MOST PERMANENT FIX I CAN GET NOT REALLY THE EASIEST. ANY TECHNICAL INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL. THANKS.

I can supply you with a reman pump with a two year wty. It is quite costly. the pump would be $1086.00 and the core would be $600.00. if your housing is cracked you will not get full core credit. you can order the pump online with the link below.

You wold need the pump , mounting plate lines bracketsandhere i can not remember if ya need a timing gear or not .and also if ya want to be pollitcaly correct throttle linkage . Give Dan Roberts a call at 1-800-367-8751 and talk to him . Or give Harry a call at Progressive Diesel a call at 724-658-4690. I would say that the ft bearing in the pump went south and that is what tryed to come out the side . Harry is the best i know of on RD pumps.
