What is the correct color for the rear wheels of an IH544?

It depends...
If you have a (large diameter) cast iron hub with clamp-on rims, the hubs should be red and the rims galvanized (argent silver looks close).
If you have the smaller cast iron hub with the steel wheels and rims as one piece, they should be all red.

My IH544 (utility) has two-part steel wheels. The cast hub is red. The disk appears to have once been white. Can't tell about the rims.
