super c stalls when I move levers for hydraulics

I am new to tractor restoration. I have a super c. I have a lever that moves the cultivators up and down on the front of tractor. The other lever when I move it it makes the tractor stall. I dont have any books on the tractor yet. What lever controls the rear hydraulics (it has a fast hitch). I cant get them to move. What is the touch control? I am lost until I get a book.

The two levers to the left of the throttle are for the touch control, and the lever to the right, mounted to the light bar is for the fast hitch. I can"t tell you why your tractor dies, it shouldnt. the only thing is if something is hooked up wrong on the fast hitch hydraulics.

Wild guess, the hyd relief valve is stuck closed.
