How hard is it to replace the front transmission seals on a Farmall M? What are the part numbers?

Depends on your definition of hard 
It is moderately difficult I would say. You have to drop the belly pump. The transmission input shaft has to be removed to replace the upper seal. That is possibly the hardest part. The shaft has to be manipulated to just the right position to be able to slide it out of the clutch.
Here are the IH part numbers for the seals.
