IHC razor stone

Good evening gents
I came across an item in some auction stuff today. It is an IHC vee shaped stone for sharpening razor blades. It is just a little smaller than a deck of cards, the stone is red, the box is red, white and blue, with instructions on the back. The old round IHC logo is on the front. Any of you folks ever see one or know what they might be worth? Or know when they made these? I would be most greatful for any info. Thanks, Lowell Gehring, Oxford Ks.

Guys, this is probably a promotional item. The box is only 2 5/8 long,2 wide, and 1/2in thick. It shows a picture on the back of how to sharpen a razor blade. The box says, International harvester hone, a sharpening stone for razor blades. I'm thinking before 1940?

They also made a flat stone that came in a leather pouch. These came with new 45 balers and used to sharpen the knives.
