Governor adjustment

Can someone give me some advice on adjusting the gov. on my cub? It was working well before I tore it down to restore and I`d just like to know its properly adjusted...Thanks as always on your expert advice...Bobby

If it was working well before, why would it need adjusting now?

Because I wasen`t sure that the adjustment rod had been turned or not..Like I said it was all apart...I hope you understand.
