Running on 8" rims (like with the common 9.5x24 tires) that would be 64". That's with the wheels dished in, and the lugs on the rims offset to the inside and bolted to the inside of the wheels.
 
James, I think if you move the wheels in like scotty said I don't think the draw bar will fit.
I had one with draw bar on and I think it was like 78" wide. You alway could cut down the bar.

The drawbar will fit with the wheels set in as far as they will go . Now you didnt say what size tires you have and what is the width of your rims. The rims could be as narrow as 7in and there were rims as wide as 10 for the B. Will have to know tire sizes and rims.The hubs will be wider than the tires when the rims are at the narrowest setting so are you concerned about tire tread setting or overall width of the tractor. The width hub to hub is 78in.
