W-6 distributor

My W-6 has a mag but would like to change it to a distributor. Would dist. off a M work since they are they same motor? Also what would be involved it changing them over? Thanks!

yes the same dist is used. the only difference is that you have to change the kill switch to a dist one. (2 pole as apposed to the 1 pole for the mag) out side of thats about it. why do you want to change the mag though, is it bad?

Yeah its bad, hard time starting. I could rebuild it I spose but i would just rather go to a dist. and not mess with it again.
