farmall 706

Hello, I am purchasing my first tractor, it is a 706 farmall. I had been looking for info on the 706 and every picture shows flat top fenders. My tractor has rounded fenders. Did the earlier 706's have rounded fenders? Or are they aftermarket or something? Also, the piece of tin under the hood on the left side(sitting on tractor your left side) the one that says farmall, it is missing. Anybody know where to find a replacement?

Early ones had round fenders.

I've got a 1965 farmall 706 diesel that i've had for a long time and it has the flat fenders on it but not sure when they started putting on.

thanks Robert. I read that they were made between 63 and 67, so that narrows it down.
