1945 M wheel bearing question

I have a 1945 M S/N FBK91405. I ordered bearing kit FW113fs of of this site in the parts section. When I got the kit it was correctly shipped with the right part numbers but I only had one bearing that would fit. I called to see and they said I needed the actuall part number of the inner bearing. I know I obviously ordered the wrong kit but what is the correct kit and what is the correct inner bearing? I don't have the correct toolt o measure the spindle but It's between 1.5 and 1.75 inches.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Went through the same thing myself awhile back. The FW113FS is not the correct kit for an M. You want FW112FS. There seems to be a lot of confusion on those M front wheel bearings. Some of the suppliers even think that the M uses the same bearings as the H. They do not.
 
The inner (cone) For Farmall M should be ST 781-a.

Inner (cup) should be ST 882.That is what fits the 6694 dcxa,8274 dbxa,And the 6938 dcxb farmall wheel

Yes i also have run into that problem with them kits.
 
Yes Standard bearing numbers. i took them right from the M book.Just went back CK for you again looks like all are the same even steel wheel HIGH crops and all wheels Excecpt (single)
 
Sweet!! Thanks guys. I took the numbers into advanced and they could order one fora total of 50 dollars. It's cheaper for me to re-order the kit and return this one with a stocking fee.

Ok. So I ordered the kit you all quoted fw112fs. I got it today and it's still got the wrong bearings. Both bearings are the same size as the fw113fs kit but adds some kind of cup to it. Anyone have any idea what kit my tractor needs? I have hub model 8284-DA. Any help is appreciated. Is my tractor non standard maybee?
