140 Farmall

I went through the same thing after buying a 140 in April. I advertised in our state Market Bulletin for a grill and hood..Ended up buying another 140 with a trailer and pickup full of tractor and implements. Beware this may be catching.

You can post a free wanted ad in the classified section on this site... The forums really aren't supposed to be used as a "swap shop." They're intended for questions about fixing and operating these tractors, chit-chatting about their histories, about tractor shows, etc..

Lots of luck though. Finding a good early (1959-1962) 140 grille and hood is going to be tough. The tractors with the good grilles are still running, and the ones that have been junked either have trashed grilles, or have lost their grilles to a good running 140.

A wanted ad is rarely effective in my experience. You can take your search to the streets by looking up tractor salvage yards around the country and making phone calls. A grill is small enough to be shipped.

Me too.
As stated earlier OEM has the hoods. To the best of my knowledge no one is producing Bar Grills.
Saw one on Ebay about 3 months ago sold for 246.00 and it"needed a little work"
