M carb and gaskets questions

I had the carb apart on my M, and someone fooled with my stuff and the pin for the float is gone. (Whoever fooled with my stuff also took my portable battery jumper and a brand new push broom.) Does anyone know where i can get a pin without buying a whole carb kit/

I have oil leaking under the valve cover. Where do i find a new gasket for that?

You can take a drill bit, cut off the smooth shank and use that, or a piece of drill rod. The valve cover gasket you can get through your local CaseIH dealer or NAPA.

I am not sure on the M carb, but on a lot of them I use a 3/32 brazing rod cut to length.
