Recently posted here about newly overhauled carb on M Farmall that was running lean. Found the problem. I replaced the packing on the high speed jet with new from dealer. The new jet that came with the overhaul kit was configured different than the old jet. Let some of the packing get around the needle hence into the orfice. Lots of grafite in the carb bowl.
