IH 504 radiator removal

Anybody know offhand how to remove the bottom mounting bolts on an IH 504 radiator? I've got all the stuff off from around, but will admit I haven't "creepered" under to see what I can see. Vision is obstructed by a front loader. There are holes in the bottom of the front casting, but they don't look like they line up with the bottom of the radiator. I only have an IT manual, and it (helpfully) just says remove mounting bolts. Thanks.

I had a 504 several years ago that I recored the radiator on. If I remember correctaly you come up from the bottom to get the two bolts. Pretty simple if you don't round them off.

I have IH 504 with loader and am trying to get the bottom two nuts off of the radiator. They are very hard to access. Any tips on getting to them and by chance do you remember what size nut they are? Thanks

If I'm not mistaken the radiator is mounted the same as a Super C. Two carriage bolts slotted into brackets on the bottom of the radiator. IF you can get them loose you can work the radiator off by sliding it forward or back (can't remember which).

i had mine recored last year , very pricey $600, but should last another 40 years , if im not mistaken i think there was two bolts coming down from the radiator and a threaded nut you have to thread on , very hard to get to , slow turning with a wrench if you can get one in there , i put thin rubber pads under the radiator when i reassembled it
