M Belly pump

My belly pump is not pumping, absolutely no oil to the cylinder. The clutch is engaged and the pump has 6 qrts of oil. The lift-all lever does not feel like it is engaged because it moves so easily. The lever notches are lined up correctly to the pump. Any ideas on my problem?

Maybe the relief valve is stuck open, or possibly the shaft or coupler is not turning. Take off the cover under the pump and with a flashlight see if the counter shaft is turning. If it is the problem is in the pump and you'll have to pull it I think. If the counter shaft is not turning, that's a trip into the transmission.
