I tried 4 times to answer your question below, but this lousy forum software wouldn't let me post.
Here is what I tried to post:
That B came from the factory with a magneto. The distributor ignition is aftermarket.
You need to identify what make of distributor you have (ie. Delco, IH etc.) and go from there.
It is likely that you can buy parts for that distributor from a good Case/IH dealer as many were converted to distributor ignition.
