I have a Farmall 400 and need to get a new voltage regulator. The tractor has been converted to 12 volts but still uses the regulator since the alternator doesn't have an internal. I knocked a tab off and think the battery is overheating/gassing. So... what do I buy? It is the original 6 volt regulator.
