light buld

I have a six volt light buld that the number is st 51. It's a real small buld, but I'm looking for a 12 vold one that would replace this six vold one. I have tried the parts houses and I have tried stinner's also, can anyone help?

A #51 6-volt bulb turns out to be a Honda motorcycle bub.
Are you sure you are on the right forum, or I'm totally misunderstanding you post?

I will assume you are working on a headlight? If so, what you want is a headlight bulb. 25 watt, 32 candlepower or similar. I have them in six volt, but the 12 volt version should be available also. I think I bought some at my local Case-IH dealers a few years ago, and I believe O'Reilly's auto parts also has them. If you can't find any, send me an email, I may be able to dig up one or two.

Where are you putting the bulb? Headlight or the little red light in/on the rear light housing?
