Super M Oil Capacity and Recommendations

I need to know the oil capacity of a Super M (the tractor is actually a SW6) and what type and brand of oil to use. Thanks for any help in advance.

The C264 should hold about 8 quarts. I run Delo 15w-40 in my M.

The Case IH lube chart recomends Low Ash SAE 30.

8 litres in my Super W6 of Rotella T 10w30. If I used it more in the field it would be 15w40

8 quarts is right, as others have said. Use a one of the Diesel/mixed fleet oils such as Delo 400, Shell Rotella or Delvac. They come in a 15w-40 weight and have the additives these older engines need.
