valve cover oil leak

I'm losing oil at the valve cover on my M. Is it a big job to replace the gasket? is it indicative of other problems? thanks

Easy job, remove the hood, then the two valve cover nuts and replace gasket about 10 bucks or so. Also i like to use a little high tak gasket sealer on them, but its personal choice on that. with or without works.
