Char-Lynn pulley on SMTA

Hello Fellers:
Wanted to know how to mount cast iron pulley that came with a char-lynn power steering unit I purchased? Looks like it mounts on the front of the crankshaft pulley, but I'm not sure how to attach? Thanks a bunch fer any pointers.

Flip the pulley over and look at the backside. See that lip around the outer edge?

The pulley just "sits" on your balancer and it "tightens" with rotation against the "crank pin" and the stepped shoulders on it's face.

Clear as mud? :>)
