350 utility HYDRA- TOUCH SYSTEM

I BOUGHT AN INTERNATIONAL 350 UTILITY A FEW MONTHS AGO, I CHANGED THE OIL IN HYDRA-TOUCH SYSTEM, PREVIOUS OWNER HAD AW32 IN SYSTEM. I REPLACED IT WITH HI TRAN OIL, NO PRESSURE TO POWER STEERING OR 2 POINT OR REMOTES. DRAINED SYSTEM AND TOOK TOP OFF OF THE TANK TO CLEAN SCREEN, NO SCREEN, THERE IS AN IN LINE CHARLYNN SCREEN IN THE SUCTION LINE, I ALSO CLEANED THAT. PUMP WILL PUMP OIL BUT NOT PRESSURE, CAN ANYONE HELP ?

Before you changed to Hytran, did the hydraulic system work?

If I understand correctly, there is fluid flowing through the system (can bleed it out of the taps), it just will not building pressure. It sounds like something is wrong with your safety valve-pressure regulator (stuck open, blown O-ring).

Was the system recently put under a lot of stress (tried to pick up something VERY heavy)?
 
I ONLY USE THE 2 POINT TO TOW 4 WHEEL HAY TRAILER WITH, DO NOT USE THE REMOTES AT ALL ONLY USE THE POWER STEERING,IS THERE A SPECIAL WAY TO BLEED THE AIR OUT ?
WAS WORKING BEFOR I DRAINED THE SYSTEM AND REFILLED WITH HIGH-TRAN FLUID

turn the steering wheel full left and right to stop at least 5 times that should do it.
replaceing the resevoir screen with and inline depends on where its placed.
