Best Show on Tracks

Is anyone going to the "Best Show on Tracks" in Woodland, California this weekend? It is being billed as the biggest show in the US with over 400 tractors. It's being held on the Dan Best Ranch, go to bestshowontracks.org for more information. I'll be there with our Farmall B and John Deere L, mostly so we can drive around to see all the tractors, engines, and activities.

Sounds like a great time, last year in a little town called Buckley, near Traverse City in Michigan we featured 700 tractors at our show, and this year it looks like we will have somewhere around 800. We have an annual show the third week in August. check out the buckley old engine show on the web.

Our neighbor in Elk Grove is going to take his D4. Sounds like it's mostly track layers. Take a lot of pictures and let us know how it was.
 
I talked to some of those Big crawler guys at Tulare when I was there with my 23 Olds grain truck. They really wanted me to bring the truck to the Best Track show. I wish I could, but I live in Indiana and gas for that trip would cost as much as a house right now. They said some of those monster Catapiller and Best crawlers were coming in from as far as Austrailia and was going to be the largest gathering of those beasts ever.
