Bending Grill wire

I have a Super H that has been minys the wire that goes in the grill. I recently purchased wire ant the clips so I could replace it. However, I am not sure how to go about bending anc getting the wire formed to fit right. Aany advice that can be given would be appreciated.

Been theere. Did that. The only advice I can give is to go very slow. and the old addage of measuring 3 times and cutting once applies. You will just have to carefully hand shape it and then clip off the surplus.

Helpful Hint time: Install the new screen in two pieces and overlap it in the wide vertical center rib. Much easier to work with that way.
