putting a picture on this website

I have a picture of our local group with our plow day last April. The picture is from the front page of our local newspaper.

Would someone please help me post this picture. I"ve tried 14 1/2 ways to do that, and I can"t get it to work. Hey....I"m 71, what do you expect?

If someone wants to send me their email address I know how to forward the pic to you. Then you can put it on this website.
