value of MD

what is a fair price to pay for a MD appears complete minus starter and belly pump, one rear tire holds air the other flat, both fronts I believe are flat. NO fenders, all tin is there, black oil in oil pan (no H2O) did not see any water in radiator. May turn over and it has not ran in 4-5 years

If the engine is not cracked, and has a good head that is worth 500 alone. The whole tractor should be at the $600-
800 price point. JimN

Probably around $1000-$1200 if the head and block are good.

I agree.You don't want to pay anymore than $800 for that tractor.If your trying to decide what its worth,do some mental math in your head on what its going to cost you to put it in the condition you want it.Bear in mind its a diesel,which if its going to need engine work means its going to be more costly than a gas tractor.

If you pay too much for them,then put too much into them,then some day if you choose to sell it,you won't be able to recoup the money you have tied up in it.
