1948 Farmall Super A

Need to sell this as its not doing us any good, but I need some suggestion on how to figure out what it is worth. I think it has a distributor electrical problem, that is what my uncle was tinkering with before he passed away a couple of years ago. And needs tires and paint.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I paid $500 (in New England) for a Super A in somewhat similar condition...my sheet metal was straight with pto shields in place. Tires were good and came with cultivators. Did have to rebuild the engine and redo the wiring however. Hope that helps.

Non-running, you're talking about scrap parts price for it, at best. $500 is a good estimate.

However, if you get the tractor running, clean it up, air up the tires, and put a muffler on it, you can get $1500 for it.
