F14 torque specs

does anyone know the torque specs for rods, mains, and head?

Aren't any published. I use plastigage on the bearings and tighten, using the shims until I get the correct clearance. This usually around 40 ft pnds. My heads I brought up to approx. 70 - 80.
i did them from the center out in increments of 20.

Doug,I torqued my bolts about 80# then retorqued after running at 90.Just tighten rod bearings with common sense becaues they use cotter pins.If you are use to using tools you can tell when bolts are tight enough and usally tighten them close to the same.
