Rev problem 300

I have got a small problem with this 300 if you put it in reverse and throw the clutch in it acts like you have the brakes locked? Only reverese and if you pull the TA back you can get it to move and pull the shifter out of rev .But if its running and in rev and the TA ahjead you can not pull the shifter at all either?
New Clutch pressure plate and such. I adjusted everything to the manual.

Sounds like you didn't adjust the TA properly. They will bind and not allow you to shift if you don't get them right. Most TA linkages are quite worn by now, so it's more an art than a science to get them adjusted. You still use the measurements and techniques, but you need to fudge where you measure from due to the slop in the linkages.

You are exactly correct.
Unless adjusted, it will get worse and worse.
