My '47 W-4 was painted a shade of Manure Brown for the film 'MANURE' with Billy Bob Thorton currently filming. Thanks to the forum guys who helped with a starter dillemma...how to change it with a belt-pulley system...after an hour or so of wrenching the guys were right!! Removal of the pulley assy., the fuel lines, the gas tank rear mount, the engine shroud (removal of exhaust and breather), and all bolts on top of plate above trans/clutch assembly. I pried the top lid (about 1" thick) up and was able to angle drop the starter into place...!! hehe. fun.
It looks like a mule! Brown from head to toe....well they are paying for it, so hey? Why not show the world the W4 in a film?
