As Tom indicated (in Brief) it is easy. Remove the screws holding the the tube to the carb.
Remove the angled cap on the top.
Remove the bolts holding it to the front cover.
gently remove the unit. It is not timed, so it needs no care in that area. When putting it back, be sure to get the carb throttle link inbetweenthe tabs on the gov shaft. tricky, and a common issue with overspeeding farmalls (Hs, Ms, and their dirivitives. JimN
