Farmall A Carburetor

The carburetor part number on my 1939 Farmall A is 52499 D. I"m looking at one on e-bay with a part number of 385698R1. Is this the same carburetor? Only the back side is shown. Anybody have a conversion table?

Are you looking for a Carb? I was just going to list one off my 46 A that is fully painted, rebuilt, and runs perfect. I put it back on to make sure all the setting were right. I know this is correct for your A but I'm not sure of the # but its original. Let me know if your interested before I list it or you can look for it on Ebay. If your carburetor is not broken or otherwise damaged, why not just have it rebuilt? It will cost less than you think, and you are guaranteed to have a good carb. You can buy a used one on ebay, but it may or may not be any better than what you have now.
