i recently purchased a 400 int. and we have been fighting the ignition since. it finally started when i put a wire from the battery to the points. now i have replaced the points and checked all the electrical stuff and it wont start. all i have is the original book to set the points and stuff with, are the settings different now that it is 12 volt?
