Could you guys give me a ball park price that a F-20, not sure of the year, with nice factory spoked wheels front and rear, very good front tires, poor rears, MOTOR STUCK, complete with cables for the brakes and crank. Good manifold, has mag and carb. The tractor has been shedded, with a can on the exhaust, but is stuck from sitting for the past ten or so years. I'm just looking for ballpark as I don't want it to go to the iron guys. I think 5-600 dollars will buy it, but would that be too much? Thanks for any input you can give. Bob

I'd say $650 or more, a good full set of round spokes is rare. Be sure to post some pics of that F-20 if you buy it. I can give you the year if you give me the serial number stamped on the tag on the toolbox under the fuel tank.

BOB,
I bought a 1937 F-20 in central Il. that runs good, with elec. starter, foot brakes, heisler overdrive, good tires, But it needed painted for $200.00 back in 1988. That's the most I ever given for an F-20. Back in the 1970's I bought 3 for $50.00 each, 1 for $25.00, and one I give a 12 pack of beer for it. Sounds like the old 20's have gone up in price alot over the years. Guess I need to catch up with the times.

I hear ya there. I have seen many in the past go for the price of hauling it away. Used to be you could buy a descent John Deere D for $50.00. I"ve bought some myself, but that was 30+ years ago. I had a good running A given to me one time. Everything goes up with inflation, even the old iron. LOL!
